1] After Initial Scan of the Device/Drive wanting to Recover Deleted Files will be displayed in the Left Pane, all folders Expanded.  Options as Shown by Sort Date if you know about when a File was deleted.

2] This Step has 4 parts - Which Drive to Scan, File Types or a Specific File

3] Step 3a of 4 - Selecting where to Recover Files to - Recommend Create a Undelete Folder

4] Step 3b of 4 - Heed Warnings so you understand possible loss of deleted file

5] Step 3c of 4 - Heed Warnings continued - not a good idea to undelete to Desktop\Temp  

6a] Step 4a - Confirmation - Make sure the items shown match your Choices - Note File System - FAT (File Allocation Table) - how that drive is formatted

6b] Step 4b  Confirmation - Make sure the items shown match your Choices - Note File System - NTFS (New Technology File System) - how that drive is formatted

7] Note: Undelete Scan can take Seconds to Hours - depending on Drive Size this scan was of a 2TB USB 3 drive

8] Once Scan is Complete a Report is provided of How many Files were Found - this drive was a 10GB USB flash drive Q [Click to Enlarge in New Tab or Window]

9] Once Scan Completed, Clicked OK of the Results this PopUp Screen should appear - Read and Close

10] If you Left Click a Folder in the Left Pane, in the Right Pane those files of that folder are listed - Note: Condition of that File Name & Type (extension) - also Date Deleted

11] Right Click of the Same Folder provides an option to Recover entire folder & all files no matter the files condition status [Click to Enlarge in New Tab or Window]

12] Or you can Select Individual Files by Checking the Box of the file you wish to Undelete or if you Right Click a specific File & Right Click, you will see 4 Options to chose from [Click to Enlarge in New Tab or Window]

13] If you would like to see a Preview of that File below in the Preview Area, depending on Type File may be Undecipherable - next Screen shot shows a Graphic/Photo Preview of a .jpg/jpeg  [Click to Enlarge in New Tab or Window]

 

After the Scan, you have Options in which to Sort the Files, and you can also use the Quick Find icon button on the tool menu to locate a specific file

14] Note: Graphic Format Preview is Viewable if Good Status - There can be 1000+ Files over a period of Time that have been deleted by the User or Users - Recovery ASAP is important before the deleted file becomes Poor Condition or Drive is Re-Formatted
